Instead of transcribing the newest addition to what I have FINALLY tentatively titled "Lore", I have been scouring the internet for pics of people that are close to how I imagine my characters.
Alexander:
His eyes are supposed to be brown, but as long as you're not Harry Potter that can be corrected. This particular model has the right kind of "fuck it" stubble and the texture of hair that I imagine.Devon:
This is my second favorite of the photos I found. Again, the eyes are wrong (quick, just transplant both of them and it'll be PERFECT) but the skin tone, the eyebrow-attitude, the kind of waifishness, all line up perfectly with how I imagine Devon.
Isaac:
This picture captures wonderfully both the physical aspects of Isaac (pale skin, blush, stubble, longish hair) and the emotional/psychological ones (SPOILER ALERT: douchebag). True story, Isaac's appearance (and appearance only) is inspired by a dude I went to college with. Five bonus points to anyone other than the Raptor Empress who can figure it out!
Andrea:
Andrea is absolutely my favorite character (I MEAN I LOVE YOU ALL EQUALLY YOU'RE JUST NOT AS BADASS AS HER) and this photo absolutely is how I picture her. She's gorgeous, she knows it, and she will break you with one perfectly manicured finger. Of course, she has magic cosmetics powers, but that's completely beside the point.
Sarah:
Sarah is light hearted but extremely competent, and that's the vibe I get from this girl. The hair, the smile, all match up with my image of Devon's sister. We'll ignore the eyes.
Jenay:
Jenay (also kind of a bitch) has this "mess with me and I will ruin your life" thing going on. She holds grudges forever, and will use every particle of her power to make your life hell. This chick is a little bit prettier than I imagine Jenay being, and also a LOT skinnier, but the attitude is right on.
And finally, last and deh-efinitely not least, my personal favorite, Abram:
